My Weight Loss Story: 

Like most of us I have wasted so much time trying diets that dont work for me. They never seemed to work as I just got bored of the slow weightloss and lost interest, but with the One-To-One diet that didnt happen, the wight fell off so fast I did'nt have a chance to get bored ! I learned about this diet on T.V on "This Time Next Year" and knew it was for me. The next week I started the diet with my amazing consultant Karen and three weeks later I had the sixteen pounds I  have been struggling to lose for years lost! I have so much energy and I think this diet has changed my life for good.I have my confidence back I  love taking the children to the swimmimg pool,park and even cycling.I will behere for you from the start of your journey right through to maintaining your new weight.
