I was really apprehensive about starting Cambridge but Louise took the time to explain the programme to me so I was fully informed. I had nothing to lose (except weight) so I decided to give it a try. Never did I expect to lose weight so quickly whilst at the same time as feeling healthy. Louise checked-in with me regularly throughout my journey so I felt fully supported. Having the 121 support from Louise helped me stick to the programme where other diets have failed me in the past. Louise really wants you to succeed. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She keeps you focussed on your goals, answers your questions and celebrates your success. Louise’s own journey means she can share personal tips about the programme too. I am so glad I signed up with Louise; I feel so much better about myself. I would absolutely recommend you do the same if you want to lose weight.
