 My name is Sarah, 5 stone* gone forever. I now want to help you.  I am an experienced consultant who has helped many individuals reach their weight goals.

Just imagine your own personal weightloss consultant...I can offer to you a virtual weightloss service.  I am at the end of the phone or computer.

A few words from just a few of my lovelies

Would like to personally say a huge THANK YOU to Sarah who has been a wonderful coach and mentor.  I have proudly shed 19lbs and am back to a size 10, after the weight creeping on over the past 2 years.  Had tried fad diets and become frustrated and demoralised.  However after just 6 weeks with the 1:1 Diet and regular personal support from Sarah I am now looking forward to a more self confident summer.  Thank you Sarah

My name is David and I have been doing the 1:1 Diet since mid-April.  Under the guidance of Sarah, I have lost nearly 3 stone.

I joined Cambridge 1:1 diet slightly sceptical as I have tried diets before that didn't suit me.  This diet was amazing for me, I loved the choice of meals either savoury or sweet.
