I have tried being on plan for many years, with some success, however have never quite got to where I want to be.  Pamela helped me break my total weight loss goal down into small manageable chunks, making it less daunting! Pamela has been such an amazing support to me.  I haven’t always found sticking to plan easy, but Pamela is always at the other end of the phone and ready to help me refocus and remind me WHY I am on this journey and what I want to achieve.  She’s supportive, understanding and always has a smile waiting for you and ready to cheer you up on those weeks that are tough!
