I had a minor health scare in April, 2016, and this gave me the push I needed to wake up to the fact that I needed to lose weight and get fit. My daughter first joined the plan, followed a few weeks later by my husband. I soon became envious of how well they were doing and the results they were achieving and decided to join them. I have tried numerous other diets and never managed to stick to any of them long term. I started 18th April at 15 stone 5lbs and a size 20, I am now a size 8/10 and weigh 9 stone 11lbs*. I also feel a lot fitter and my confidence has grown as the weight has come off.
