Here’s a little about me ....

"Its all About You "

I am a full time Consultant in Rainham ME8 offering Appointments in my Home Office, Mobile visits and Virtual Consultations covering the whole of Medway and surrounding areas! I am extremely flexible and can work around you and your work/family life and have everything you need to get started today! 

Hi, my name is Michelle and all I can say is The 1:1 diet changed my life. After having 3 children, working full time and running a home I found I never had time for me, it was always a constant battle with yo-yo diets and a daily struggle to get motivated. 

Then one day it happened, I woke up and that was it, it was now "My Time" it was going to be "All About Me" and I was going to make my family proud and most importantly make myself proud and prove to myself that I could do it.

This is when my journey began, and what a journey it was. The plan was easy to follow. I had the most amazing support behind me and I actually felt I could do it! I started to get excited about seeing the weight loss each week. I loved the energy I had, how confident I had become and for the first time liked having my photo taken.

I loved the plan so much that I have decided to help others find their "My Time"its your time now so let me show you how exciting it is and how "IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU"
