5 stars from me. Debbie is a superb consultant.
I have been doing the 1:1 Diet  for 6 weeks now and have so far lost 2 stone 8 lbs. I am on target to lose 3 stone in 8 weeks.  None of which could have been achieved without her great advice and full support. I came with real issues around a back problem that was causing me a real problem and very painful. Debbie has a great way of listening to your issues with a real feel that she really cares. Thanks Debbie I'm glad I chose you.

 I would like to use this opportunity to write and say how wonderful my Consultant Debbie Cooklin has been to me.  As soon as I met Debbie I felt comfortable with her; normally I'd be nervous at being weighed but I have no worries with Debbie.The week I maintained she was supportive and she boostd my determination by reminding me of how well I had already done.  With weight clubs in the past I would have felt guilty and more than likely thrown in the towel.  Not with Debbie on my side.  Debbie is the spearhead for me.

I got lucky when I picked a consultant for the Cambridge Diet 1:1 plan. I always feel a million times better after speaking with her and seeing her. She makes me believe in myself and feel positive, she just has this way of uplifting my spirits and makes me feel so comfortable and like a weight is lifted after speaking to her. I honestly can't recommend her enough because so many times I've failed. Oops not allowed to say the f word Thank you Debbie for always picking me right back up.  Dec 19

Awards are great and nearly always well earned.  Debbie's are surely just that, but this is a CWP consultant whose really all about "you". I found Debbie after not one but two consultants  had passed on taking me on, possibly around a mild diabetes situation linked to disability and post kidney cancer considerations. Cannot recommend Debbie enough to anyone looking to start CWP, particularly if you are a little uncertain or need a bit of reassurance and supportive monitoring with ace chat and a laugh along the way.  Debbie Cooklin, simply superb at what she does whilst delivering success.
