Tracey consulted, mentored and supported me through not only my weight loss journey but my infertility battle due to PCOS. Tracey became a friend to me and was always there when I needed that extra push and sometimes just someone to believe in me. She helped me to lose 2 stone* and to see that the weight loss wasn't just for my family but for my own self-worth. Tracey is a great Consultant and all round an amazing person! Tracey exemplifies and epitomises every CWP desire for hope, new purpose and love, she breathes these words into being  and reality for my walking in my self-improvement. She encourages me to hope for the future self that I long to be. She teaches me to embrace and love myself throughout the walk to enjoy this new body. Looking in the mirror is sometimes hard, but not when Tracey is holding it up!

Why my CWP Consultant is exceptional. The definition of exceptional is someone or something that is high above average and that is exactly what Tracey is. As my personal Consultant, she helped and guided me through one of the most important journeys in my life, my weight loss journey. She wasn't just a "Consultant" but more of a friend that I needed to help me succeed. Our weekly consultations were always private, relaxed and full of encouragement.
