I wasted years of being overweight, despite trying and failing so many diets. It wasn't until reaching my heaviest after settling in to 'motherhood', that I took the first step to take back the control in my life. I decided I wasn't going to be the 'Fat Friend or Mum' anymore. 

I was still  wearing size 18/20 clothes almost a year after the birth of my daughter. So I stuck to Plan with the support from my CWP Consultant and lost over 6 stone in 6 months*. I've kept my weight off for over 8 years now and am a confident size 10/12 and enjoy my healthier lifestyle I've created for myself, and my family. 

Sugar addiction is rife and strangely accepted in our society despite the effect it has on our physical and mental states. Knowing first-hand the effects this has and allowing emotions to dictate my old eating 'habits' is why I chose to become a FULL TIME  The1:1 Diet Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant, offering morning, afternoon and evening appointments throughout the week. 

I am equipped to share my knowledge of the product, giving you the tools alongside having my support to lose weight and create a healthier lifestyle, permanently. I know by having a fantastic support network around you on your journey you can achieve your goals. I have a passion for mentoring ladies and gents to develop their individual ideal bodies and most importantly, maintain as I have.
