About me – I have always been of a normal body weight but like so many I added a substantial amount of weight during my first pregnancy. Whilst this is obviously normal, I found difficulties in shifting this weight. This was way above what you would normally expect during pregnancy. Of course, after giving birth I realised this but rather than trying to lose it I ended up putting even more on as I found myself comfort eating. So, when my sister said to try The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan I thought why not?  And I am so glad that I did because I felt amazing and so much happier when I started to see the results. I went from a dress SIZE 14/16 down to a SIZE 9/10!

I have since grown in confidence and am also proud to have been recognised for my achievements by receiving the Above and Beyond Award. This was for direct customer feedback for the level of excellence service provided. I am honoured to have been chosen by the company to appear in several The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan promotional materials. I can say that with me you be are in safe hands.
