A bit about me ...

I am a very caring person and love helping my clients.

I always try and provide a good service.I have been a full time mobile consultant for over ten years this is my only job so distance and location is not a problem.

 I am very passionate about my job and nothing makes me happier than to see a client at their target weight.

My life revolved around food ,that was all I could think about from the time I got up until I went to bed  and I am pretty sure you can relate to that .

The food controlled my life but now I control the food.

I Carry the full range of stock with me and you are more than welcome to try them first. 

I have lots of meal ideas i can send you,  or i can print them off if you prefer.
