I love this diet and Ewa is my girl! I have been on and off my detox diet for the last 8 years. Lost 2st (12kgs) originally and I manage to keep it off most of the time but  if my weight starts going up I call my favourite consultant! I treat this as a detox now and I see Ewa to help me get rid off a little gain I might have had.
