When I first started the plan, I was really nervous as I hadn't done it before and didn't know what to expect, but Vicky was so friendly and helped me to choose the best Step and products for me and my busy lifestyle, which has helped me to lose weight easily and successfully.  She is dedicated to helping & supporting me and she gives me great advice and targets each week. Vicky is friendly and approachable and I'm so pleased I chose her as my Consultant. She has given me so much of my confidence back!
