Thank you for viewing my webpage. My name is Carol Bowden and I have been a 121 Diet Consultant since 2008.  I can honestly say that Cambridge Weight Plan has changed my life.  After discovering Cambridge Weight Plan in 2007 it inspired me that much, that I became a consultant very soon after.  This was and still is the only weight plan that actually works for me and most of all keeps the weight off!  Its not a diet its a way of life.

I have now been a consultant for 15 years and I am proud to be a Multi Award Winning Diamond Champion Consultant with a team of over 125 consultants across the UK.

Since becoming a consultant I have never looked back I l am passionate about helping my customers to lose weight and reach their goals. Whether you have 1 stone or 10 stone to lose it really works. I totally empathise with anyone who stuggles to lose weight so come and talk to me and see if I can help you as I have helped 1000's of clients others over my 15 years.  I use The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan to keep my weight in check and have never put my weight back on.  It WORKS!!!!   It can work for you too.
