As your Consultant, my primary aim is to guide, help and support you through your weight loss journey and through into maintenance.

I am a major award winner, which reflects the dedication I give to you as my client.

I am a warm, down to earth mum of two boys, and fully understand the struggles of losing and maintaining weight. After having my second son in 2007, I used Cambridge Weight Plan and lost an amazing 6 stones in 5 1/2 months*.

I have helped thousands of people lose weight over the last 16 years. Many have become good friends and gone on to become consultants themselves.

I have over 16 years experience of being a 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant, helping people lose weight and keep it off with our amazing products and my support.  I LOVE my job. I never judge anyone, and my door is always open. Returners are as welcome as new starters  

If you are looking for an honest, friendly Consultant, who is supportive and encouraging, then you have found the right person. I am available to contact 1 to 1, 7 days a week, for guidance and encouragement.

Whether you are new to 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan or a returning customer, you are more than welcome to come and see me or order from me from wherever you are in the UK.

My husband, Matt, is also Consultant, so if you would feel more comfortable with a male Consultant, this can be arranged.

I HAVE A LOVELY TEAM OF CONSULTANTS BASED ALL OVER TEESSIDE/NORTH YORKSHIRE/COUNTY DURHAM.  SO IF I CAN'T SEE YOU PERSONALLY, I KNOW YOU WILL BE IN SAFE HANDS WITH A MEMBER OF MY TEAM.

All appointments are 1-2-1 and in complete confidence.

My consultations are based at my house in Billingham, near the old Stoney Oak/The Pottery Loft/Spar.

There is no registration fee, no membership fee and no long term obligation or tie in.
