Being a Consultant isn't just about supplying weight loss products, it's about supporting and motivating you and I will use all the tools available to me to do so both throughout your weight loss and maintenance journey. I can help you even if you are having the GLP-1 injections. I can supply the nutrition you need to ensure you only lose your weight healthily. I will be in your corner to support you no matter how your journey goes.
I know exactly how it feels to be overweight, and the impact it can have on your life. We all have our reasons, sometimes very personal ones, which is why weight is such a sensitive issue. I completely understand this. For 8 years, I didn't want to acknowledge my increasing weight because I was going through a difficult time and my self-esteem was at rock bottom. Food became my emotional crutch. 1:1 Diet products helped me break the cycle. They took away the stress of trying to plan a healthy diet - I knew I was getting all the nutrients I needed, but didn't have to count calories or weigh portions. I was free to concentrate on my job and family, while the 1:1 plans took care of my figure.
Losing the weight made such a difference to my life that I wanted to help others do the same. I've been a full-time Consultant for over 17 years now, and offer a non-judgmental, positive, friendly atmosphere plus a sense of humour too. Well, you can't be serious all the time!
