HERE IS A LITTLE OF MY STORY.... Since being a teenager, I have tried every diet on the market with limited success. With the help of the Cambridge products and support of my Consultant, after a short space of time I had lost a substantial amount of weight and have maintained the loss now for nearly 14 years. I am happier and healthier - with a lower blood pressure than I have had for years, which means being able to drastically reduce medication and feel fitter than I did in my 40s.  I now love swimming, having my photo taken, shopping for new clothes, being able to fit in regular sizes, meeting new people to help them start their successful 1:1 weight loss journey and keep supporting all who need our regular meetings for however long they want to.
