A year ago I was existing, I wasn't living. I have 2 young children who are my absolute world and my weight and subsequent poor health meant we were all missing out. I was reluctant, and sometimes actually unable, to do everything I wanted as a family. I was on a low ebb and knew I had do something for all us.
