Five years ago, just a week before the entire country went into lockdown, I found myself in a place I hardly recognized. I was constantly tired and lacked the energy to enjoy life and keep up with my young son.
Determined to make a change, I reached out to a consultant who became my rock and motivator throughout my weight loss journey. With her support, the weight began to melt away, and my confidence soared. Week by week, I watched my body transform. In just 12 weeks, I lost 3 1/2 stone and rediscovered the vibrant, energetic person I once was.
My biggest passion is getting you to goal using a mixture of 1:1 diet products with healthy meals.
My goal is to get you to goal and along the way completely change your mindset towards food, teaching you new meal ideas and cooking techniques along the way so that you will never put the weight back on again! Not only am i passionate about weightloss, but maintaining that weight loss!
