Hi I'm Linzi, a full time consultant for the 1:1 diet by Cambridge weight plan.  I won the1:1 diet by Cambridge weight plans woman of the year award 2022 and I am passionate about being a enthusiastic ambassador for this brand as it fundamentally changed my life for the better, I lost over 15 & a half stone (218lbs) and was shortlisted for woman of the year 2022!  1:1 also gave me the freedom to build my own business from the ground up, utilise my passion for the brand to help others achieve their weight loss dreams & become my own boss giving me a work life balance of my own design.
