My Story
I have always struggled with my weight and found diets hard due to being a fussy eater. The desire of a family gave me the motivation needed. I discovered The 1:1 Diet and with the support of my consultant I lost 9 stone. After unsuccessfully trying for a family I embarked on my IVF journey. If I hadn't lost the weight with The 1:1 Diet, I would not have been able to have the IVF treatment. Thankfully it was successful and I now have a gorgeous little boy.
