A little bit about who I am and why I am here.

I love everything about food, the culture, the history, getting messy in the kitchen and feeding those I love. I also love being fit and strong and have become acutely aware of the impending impact of ageing on our health and wellness. I lost my father recently at a fairly young age and the grief, combined with peri-menopause took its toll. Life got in the way I guess and I ended up wanting to make a change. Sound familiar? 

Cambridge 1;1 surprised me by being easy to understand, convienient to fit into a busy day and the products taste good. Very quickly I started to see results and more importantly I felt well. I have tried other methods but have never before felt inspired to promote the idea to anyone else. This is different.

We are bombarded daily with health and wellness advice, warnings and scares and NHS doom and gloom. It's confusing and overwhelming. I just want to do everything I can to stay healthy and not be too often needing to seek medical help.
