When I was younger, I worked in active roles and never really thought about my weight. But over time, busier days, less movement and a few more birthdays things slowly changed. I tried different diets usually for a reason like a holiday or special occasion but the weight always seemed to creep back on. Between work, family and life in general, planning meals and staying on track just felt overwhelming.
In my 50s I noticed the weight going on more easily than ever before. That’s when I found The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan. It was simple, flexible and fitted into my life as it was so easy to follow. The bloating eased, the weight came off and even some of my menopause symptoms settled.
Now, I support others who may be feeling the same way.
There’s no judgement here and no pressure to be perfect. We’ll take things at your pace and find a way of eating that feels realistic, healthy and sustainable for you. I offer face-to-face or remote support, and I can post plans anywhere in the UK so it fits around your life.
