A little bit about me...
Hey! I'm Megan. I'm 28 years old and live in Kent. I'd tried all the diets out on the market and felt completely hopeless. In January 2025 I had half of my thyroid removed and was advised with this surgery that it may be even more difficult to lose weight. I felt life nothing would change... that was until one of my favourite people told me about the 1:1 Cambridge Weight Plan. I started 1:1 expecting it to be like all the other things I'd tried... but WOW! In a short 6 months I've lost 6 stone! This plan is so easy to stick to due to the multiple options available and so long as you stick to the plan, you too will see some brilliant results. I'll guide you and support you from the moment you order your first bar, to the maintanence once you've hit your goals. Whether it be support in finding delicious recipes that fit your step you're on or being a nudge in the right direction, I'll be there whenever you need me. I'd love to pass on what I've learnt and support others who may be struggling with their weight in the same way my consultant supported me.
