I started this journey after I struggle with my weight. I tried many systems and diets, supplements — nothing was working permanently, and as I have thyroid issues, huge stomach issues, menopause issues, I keep growing. I couldn't stop it. I said enough. Then I met a colleague she looked so good with what 1:1 Diet. I have to do it, and I made it. Easy and with pleasure. I changed my habits. I eat less but more nutritious food, and this plan are really amazing. I no longer grave for food and measure what I eat. Here with me you can find help and support. Come and try.
