Growing up, I faced relentless bullying due to my weight, which deeply affected my self-esteem and mental health. I felt isolated and struggled with anxiety and depression 
which profoundly impacted my self-esteem and mental health. In an attempt to manage my weight and avoid judgment, I often skipped meals at school. However, this led to secretive eating habits at home, where I would consume large quantities of sweets and snacks in isolation. This behavior turned into a habit as my struggle with my relationship with food got worse. I had turned into a binge eater  and started eating alone in my room in secret due to embarrassment about the amount of food I consumed. This led to years of yo-yo dieting and a strained relationship with food into adulthood.

The turning point came when a friend introduced me to The 1:1 Diet. Skeptical but desperate for change, I decided to give it a try. That decision transformed my life: I lost 4 stone (25kg) and have maintained that weight loss for 19 years. Today, I lead a balanced, healthy lifestyle, enjoying my favorite foods in moderation without guilt or fear of regaining weight.
