I lost one and half stone on step 1b (4 products per day) in six weeks, and maintained my weight for over a year.
I have first-hand experience of how intense, but also how rewarding the plan is.

A little about my 1:1 journey...
I took the first steps to improve my health and wellbeing with the 1:1 diet, in August 2023 and I lost one and a half stone within 6 weeks.
I maintained my weight throughout 2024, when I took on the biggest physical challenge of my life by training for and completing the Great North Run, with the continued support of my amazing consultant.
I am now on plan, to reach my target weight, and I would love for you to join me on the journey.
The 1:1 diet has changed my life by regaining a healthy attitude towards food, focusing on self-care, having a positive mind-set and a brighter future to look forward to.
