A bit about me
I am a mum of 2, and found The 1:1 Diet after returning to work after maternity leave when long buggy/dog walks were replaced with sitting at a desk snacking and the weight crept on. After following the plan, I lost 3.5 stone in 4 months, dropped 2-3 dress sizes and now feel fantastic - I am no longer the frumpy, sluggish mum I thought I would always be!
