Hello....Hi.... Welcome My name is Pam and im a 1:1 diet consultant . 

I’m a single Mum of 2 daughters one 27 and the other 25 , my 25 year old is autistic and although I’m very blessed to have her she can be challenging sometimes. 8 years ago I went through a marriage break up and unfortunately I didn’t have the divorce diet, I comfort ate and my weight spiralled to over 17 stone . In August 2021 I decided to take the leap and start the plan, I lost 5 stone and felt absolutely amazing , there’s nothing like the feeling of  losing weight , being able to get into smaller sizes , not worrying about fitting in seats and sitting beside strangers on a plane or at the theatre. I was at last getting my life back and more importantly me back . The first week on plan was quite difficult but after the first week it was honestly the easiest diet I’ve ever done (and I’ve tried them all) . I then decided to become a consultant to help people like me with their weight loss journey , as I’m still on mine . Sadly my Dad passed away 2 years ago, we had to put my Mum who had Alzheimer’s into a nursing home which was very hard. We were then in a bad car accident and in November of 2023 my Mum passed away, so what did I do,  yes turned to food for comfort, so I’ve gained 3 stone, but I’ve made the changes and I am now back on plan to losing weight.
