I have always struggled with my weight and tried every diet that’s on the market without any real success. I found attending large group weigh-ins daunting and that the copious amounts of food prep that was needed for all of my meals time consuming, which didn’t fit with my busy life. Consuming large portions of carbs, sugary treats and high calorie dairy products meant that I didn’t learn anything about nutrition or portion control and I would find myself loading up my plate with the wrong foods, constantly snacking and overeating. That is until I found the 1:1 Diet and my amazing consultant! I finally received all of the support that I needed to be able to reach and maintain my goal. This has given me back my life, my health and my confidence!
This has inspired me to train to become a fully accredited 1:1 diet consultant myself, so that I could go on to support others in their journey to become happier versions of themselves.
