Thank you Sami!  You have been an amazing support throughout my journey.  I feel amazing and you helped me reach my target in time for my holiday.  I have a different outlook on food now and a different mindset right now and determined not to put the weight back on.  I love the products and it’s been easy with Sami’s support.  Always checking in on me, celebrating my success and I am the slimmest I’ve been in many, many years!  I would highly recommend Sami as a consultant , thank you again!

I know why diets never worked before... I didn't have Sami!

When I needed to lose weight for holiday (because I wanted to feel lovely in my clothes and look back at photos without feeling like a heffalump), I turned to Sami and The 1:1 Diet.

Not only did I lose enough weight to go down a dress size by the time I went on holiday, but Sami helped me get back on track after the indulgent holiday and lose even more weight.
