I have struggled with my weight most of my adult life, trying all the weightloss groups and fad diets. If there was a class, I'd give it a go losing a stone...gaining 2!!

In 2019 when I was having to attend a family wedding I just couldnt face going at the size I was! So, having a friend whod had an amazing loss, I decided to give 1:1 a go. I had nothing to lose. Fast forward 5 months and I lost 3.5 stone and felt amazing!!

Then lockdown hit....I'm sure most of us struggled through that time and with some personal circumstances over the last couple of years, I found myself back to square one. So on the 8th November I put on my big girl pants (literally) and got my head back in the game.
