I genuinely live and breathe this plan. It helped me get out of maternity clothes two years after having my son, it taught me that 'just one' can snowball quickly, and it stopped me from treating my body like a food recycling bin. I've also had relapse and regain phases over the past 12 years - especially through menopause, and everything changed. That's exactly why I love this diet. It's flexible, forgiving and effective whether you're restarting, maintaining, or preparing for a special event.
At 55, I'm fitter and more in control of my habits than ever. And I'm no longer dependent on that weekend prosecco binge! I want to help you understand your eating patterns, triggers and routines - and then work together to build healthier behaviours that feel realistic. We'll find alternatives to comfort eating, manage cravings, reduce those 'all or nothing' moments, and put simple strategies in place so you don't feel you're missing out. Those light-bulb moments - when your confidence grows, your clothes feel different, and you realise you are capable of more than you thought - that's the best part of this journey.

I offer weekly/fortnightly or monthly check-ins (face-to-face or virtual), plus daily support, accountability and motivation via WhatsApp. Level 3 Nutrition Trained, with experience supporting and coaching menopause-related weight changes and GLP-1 maintenance, which means I can clearly explain how the plan works and adapt support when real life happens.
