The 1:1 Diet is an amazing diet plan which I know from my own personal experience.

It has given me back my confidence. 

I started my weight loss journey in 2019 when I was planning my wedding. After 8 weeks on plan I achieved a 2 stone weight loss in time for the big day. I felt amazing.

However after getting pregnant again and piling on the pounds I found myself back to where I started. 

Now 2 stone and 3lbs off which I have kept off since June 2024 I am on my own journey, also here to help others achieve their own goals.
