I am based in Hampshire but can offer support virtually to anyone in the UK. If you are local to me in Eastleigh, I have a home office where I offer personalised 1:1 consultations with my slimmers.

Here’s a bit about me...

My name is Emily,  I really enjoy helping people on their journey. I am a mum to a beautiful girl, Estée and having her has changed my outlook on life completely. I wanted to do this for myself but also for her.  I have always struggled with my weight but this diet has changed my life and I honestly feel so much happier and confident. I cam now run around after my daughter and it feels amazing.
