I contacted Emily to get support with my weight loss to prove to my wife I could do it. Emily was very supportive and professional  and went over and beyond to help me with my journey. She was available when needed and even delivered products when I was unable to get to her.  I like this plan as there is so much choice and i found it easy and never had to cook.
