Hi. I'm Jeni, an independent consultant for The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan based in Aiskew near Bedale in North Yorkshire.

After trying many diets over the years (and never being able to stick to one) I decided to give this one a try. I found my local consultant and went for a really relaxed consultation and signed up immediately. Without a doubt it is the easiest diet to follow with a step to suit every lifestyle. The personal support from the consultant signed up with is the icing on the cake as there is someone to turn to with every question, query or need for support.

I began as a consultant in November 2018 and am loving helping others achieve their weight loss goals. My appointments are informal, flexible and relaxed and are generally held in my summerhouse outdoor office. However I can also offer virtual appointments via zoom or whatsapp giving you the flexibility to gain support at your convenience.

My time is free of charge, you only pay for the products you want, on the step you are on.
