I overheard a conversation where someone was saying to Fergus that he looked like a "shadow of his former self".  I asked him what he meant, and Fergus talked to me about CWP.  I told him that I’d been struggling to lose some weight for a couple of years, and he suggested that I should give CWP a try.  I managed to reach my target weight loss of 8Kgs in just 6 weeks* and the best part is that I have managed to keep it down there after the completion of the program with Karen and Fergus' great support.
