Losing over 9 STONE* with Cambridge Weight Plan has completely changed my life in so many positive ways, my only regret was not doing it sooner!

THE WEIGHT CREPT ON!
From the moment I got married 17 years ago my weight started to creep on!  Being so content and feeling secure let me enjoy life to the full.  Cosy nights in, party nights out and holidays all seemed to revolve around food and alcohol.  Being a very emotional eater amplified the situation, as I seemed to be able to find any excuse of why I should reward myself with food.  Food became my best-friend! Like a lot of people, I’d start a new diet or fitness regime every year, and over the years I think I’ve tried them all!

WHAT TRIGGERED ME TO LOSE WEIGHT?  
I’ve had many embarrassing moments over the years and I was in complete denial of my size, but the final straw came when a close family member needed an organ transplant.  You automatically think you can help but because my BMI was 50+ morbidly obese, I would have been the higher risk patient, and that’s when I realised I’d got to change.

FAST FORWARD 12+ MONTHS...
At the start of my journey I never would have dreamed I would get to my goal weight, I just thought it was impossible!  I’ve gone from a dress size 24 to a size 12.  I don’t recognise the person looking back at me in the mirror!  The one-to-one support and having consistent weight loss every week made it all the more easier.  The plan totally re-educated me and my relationship with food.
