I too have been overweight and lost it all with Cambridge Weight Plan. I have been up and down for years and enough was enough. Cambridge Weight Plan has honestly changed my life. This is not a quick fix, it is also a lifestyle change. I have never felt to happy in my own skin as I do now.

I gained a lot of weight during pregnancy and never lost it. I got married in June 2019 so i had an ultimate goal in my head. With Cambridge Weight Plan I managed to lose 5 stone and I managed to get the wedding dress I could only dream about.

I am here to support you through your weight loss journey, I have been there on the journey so will be with you every step of the way.  I am so passionate about this diet hence why I want to help you. I can answer any questions/concerns you may have. 

I currently run my business from my office  in Fair Oak, Eastleigh and am available in the day and evenings to find a time that best suits you.

I would just like to say a big thank you to my consultant Vicky Wills.
I started this journey with an open mind and to date I have lost 2 Stone in weight with one more to lose. My success is purely down to Vicky my Consultant who has such a lovely way about her. She motivates me, she’s always there whenever I need her and nothing is too much trouble and for every question she has a positive answer which is so inspiring for me.
