I have struggled over the last few years to lose weight (not helped by an under active thyroid). Vicky has such belief in the 1:1 diet that her infectious attitude spurred me on to go all in rather than half-heartedly. In a little under 3 months, I have lost 22 lbs*. even when I went on holiday and put some weight back on, her positivity and belief ensured that I lost it again. I know that if I follow Vicky’s guidance, I WILL get there!. Thank you Vicky for your support, good humour and lots of patience.

I just want to say thank you to Vicky Wills my Consultant. It hasn’t been an easy decision for me to do this diet but Vicky has guided me every step of the way.
All my inhibitions about dieting have gone and I had no need to worry because Vicky has a super way of making you feel comfortable and she is so approachable and professional at all times.
I am a shy male who had a stroke back in May and Doctors said I needed to lose weight but I was feeling reluctant to sign up thinking what’s the point, how can this diet help me! But it has helped me lose weight and I am getting fitter by the day. Thanks to all the professional advice Vicky acquired from head office about my condition which allowed me to choose the right plan to suit my condition. 
Thank You Vicky for your dedication to my cause I do appreciate what you have done for me and by showing me there is another way to get healthy.

I would just like to say a big thank you to my consultant Vicky Wills.
I started this journey with an open mind and to date I have lost 2 Stone in weight with one more to lose. My success is purely down to Vicky my Consultant who has such a lovely way about her. She motivates me, she’s always there whenever I need her and nothing is too much trouble and for every question she has a positive answer which is so inspiring for me. It’s a pleasure going for weigh in and something I look forward to because I feel so comfortable in her presence. 
Looking forward to saying goodbye to this last stone but will continue to maintain with Vicky by my side. She is a Super Consultant and if anyone is consider this diet as I did then I would highly recommend you give her a call and you will be glad you did. Thank you Vicky xxx
