My journey
After years of yo-yo dieting, I finally found a plan that suited ME. Discovering The 1:1 Diet was the best thing that happened. I was totally miserable with how I looked and how much I weighed, I started to be more comfortable with myself as my weight quickly went - In total I lost nearly 4 stone*.
I know how you will be feeling right now, it doesn't matter if you have a lot to lose or a little the unhappy feeling is still the same and I get that, as that was me too so let me help you achieve the weight you want.
I have a purpose built office in my garden at my home in Armthorpe which is OPEN for face to face appointments. I also offer mobile appointments and virtual appointments if you cant get to me.
What you can expect from me :
- Free/ private 1-2-1 consultations, no contracts to sign and all you pay for is the products.
- Appointments at a time to suit you.
- If you come to my office or mobile visits, I will weigh and measure you at each appointment – whether this is weekly, fortnightly or monthly,
- Virtual appointments carried out by video or phone call along with product drop or collection.
- Flexible appointments including days, evenings and weekends.
- Private facebook support group for all my slimmers
- Free out of hours support and motivation - regular motivational whatsapp/messenger messages. I am available to offer as much or as little support you need.
- Continued support once you reach your goal and to maintain.
- Credit / debit cards, bank transfer, paypal and cash accepted (if local).
- Referral incentives and offers available.
