Hi! I'm Laura and I have lost 80lbs* (that is almost 6 stone!) with The One2One Diet! I support men and women in making significant changes to their life, not just their weight. I would love to help you do the same.

- Flexible appointments - virtual and face to face from my home next to Sainsbury's Superstore Chester giving easy access from and to major road networks. I also offer mobile appointments throughout Cheshire, Wirral and North Wales.
- 1:1 relaxed free consultations to couples/friends/family, supporting you achieve your target, maintain and beyond in a private environment. I do not charge for my time and meet with clients to ensure they feel supported
- I work in a straight forward and practical way, taking into account lifestyle factors and any past barriers to success. I understand the juggling act of family, busy careers and the stresses of modern life
- Allergies, intolerances or vegetarians? No problem, large selection of products to suit all dietary requirements
- All major bank cards accepted
May 2015. I was at a charity ball wearing a dress that "fitted" and worn a number of times before. I always avoided photos but this was an opportunity too good to miss. My friend took a photo of me with a soap star celebrity and promised to ping it to me as soon as she had a signal. "That's one for Facebook" I thought to myself and obliviously danced the night away. As promised the said photo arrived the following day. The cold sober reality hit me. Oh my, that was me. I had to do something.
