Sabrina gave me the confidence to start Cambridge Weight Plan and has supported me through the process. She checks on me regularly with texts throughout the week. Any questions I ask her, I always receive a quick and informed response. Having Sabrina to guide me on this journey has been a vital part. Knowing that she understands and has experienced CWP herself is such a comfort.  Now I am at my target weight, Sabrina continues to see me through the maintenance stage. I am so grateful for all of her support.

I contacted Sabrina in September 2017 when I was feeling very down about myself. From the very start, she has been fantastic and has supported me throughout my whole journey. With her experience of the diet, she has given me good advice and guidance. Although I'm still not where I want to be and have thought about giving up many times, Sabrina is the one that has kept me going. I am a stone away from my target now and I know without her I wouldn't have got this far and with her support I will reach my goal!
