I have been where you are now. That feeling of not being yourself, not being able to wear what you want to wear, constantly feeling self conscious, hiding at the back with dread when someone brings a camera out and feeling constantly sluggish and unhealthy. You are not alone. I have helped hundreds of people over the last 9 years of being a consultant. Whether you have 10lbs or 10 stone, I'm here and I'm ready to help you feel better within yourself.

I have become a Consultant to help other people reach their goals. I offer one to one support and motivation and will be here once you reach target to help you maintain. I know it can be difficult but I'll help you every step of the way.

I have a private office in East Kilbride where I hold consultations. I can also visit you in your home if that is easier for you and cover a wide area. If you are too far to travel I do hold virtual appointments so we can keep in touch.
