I am an established and experienced Consultant with advanced training and real life experience of The 1:1 Diet I have been a Consultant for almost 6 years and have maintained my weight during this time, with blips here and there xmas, holidays etc, which is why I undestand how hard it is to not only lose your weight but to maintain and I will be here for you all the way.
After years of yo-yo dieting, fad diets and every gimmick you could think of, I was at an all time low. I was desperate to lose weight before my holidays and wanted something simple and quick and easy to achieve. A friend recommended Cambridge Weight Plan, to which I was a little apprehensive at the thought of just shakes and the myth of putting it all back on. However, this is not the case, there is a wide variety to choose from and the plans are so easy to follow, combined with conventional food if preferred and follow the steps properly and you'll never look back.
I now want to be able to pass my support to others throughout their personal journey. I pride myself on helping, understanding, encouraging and motivating you every step of the way.
I will meet with you on a weekly basis on a one to one session from my office at home. If you prefer a virtual or remote consultation this is available too. Male or female, small weight loss or more, I am here to help, guide and support you, and keep you focused in achieving your goal!
I offer continued weigh in free of charge once you have achieved your weight loss in order to support you and ensure you maintain your lifestyle change.
