As a busy mum of 3 children, I really didn't have enough time for ME! After trying various diets with no success, my weight started to spiral out of control, I had little confidence, no energy and felt very miserable then I found The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan! I can honestly say it has changed my life! My lovely experienced Consultants have helped me all the way from a size 16 to a 12 and I have maintained my weight ever since it's amazing!!!!

The passion I have for The 1:1 Diet by Cambirge Weight Plan inspired me to become a Consultant and I now absolutely love helping others to achieve their goals.  I offer friendly, caring, support and will be there every step of the way.  I can see you on an individual basis, with a friend or a family member if you prefer.  Once your goal is achieved I will provide advice on maintaining your new weight and help guide you towards a healthier lifestyle.

I understand everyone's commitments are different and that is why I offer daytime and evening appointments mobile appointments can certainly be arranged.
