Hello. My name is Sarah Compton and I have been a Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant for 16 years.

I am a mum of two children and after trying to lose weight with various other weight-loss programmes and the odd Chinese herbal tablet, found Cambridge Weight Plan to be the most effective, straight forward and inspiring weight-loss programme I have come across.

I feel very privileged to have made a difference to people lives in various ways, reversi diabetes type 2 for clients and have been introduced to at least 100 Cambridge babies over my time as a consultant.
