Hi there, welcome to our webpage!  We know you are going to love these products and plans as much as we do! Let us tell you a bit about us.

Sheila turns 62 (and fabulous) this year and is dedicated to impacting as many individual lives as possible, due to her own personal experiences. After focusing most part of her adult life as a single parent bringing up her 4 children, she found herself at age 45 looking to focus on her own health, appearance and well being. She found Cambridge Weight Plan, which dramatically changed her life. She lost 5 stone*, finally found confidence and felt amazing! That much so, Sheila made a pledge 15 years ago to support as many people to change their lives as physically possible. Sheila has now supported over 1,500 amazing individuals to lose weight/gain confidence and improve their lifestyle, but it doesn't stop there for Sheila.

Steph is nearly 30 and inspired by her mother wants to make a difference. Watching her mam turn her life around was a huge boost for Steph, so much so she wanted to follow in her footsteps. Steph, like most young woman has always been health conscious and found Cambridge Weight Plan a fantastic way to maintain a healthy lifestyle. As well as an Independent Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant, Steph has a  vast amount of experience in helping others to develop their business's alongside running her own company - we don't know how she fits it all in, but she certainly does a good job of it! As well as helping individuals to loose weight Steph takes great pride in helping her customers to set up as a Consultant themselves and run their own self employed business.

Both Sheila and Steph have given me fabulous support. I have lost 4stone* and have another 4 stone to go. It makes such a difference to have somebody who is vastly knowledgeable in the science of weight loss and weight gain as well as the psychology of why we overeat. It is much easier to stick to the diet when you have your head in the right place. I really needed help with that and this is the first time I have found losing weight relatively easy!  Love the products too!
