I have been a 1:1 Diet consultant for 5 years now, I have helped so many people over the years reach their goals and find happiness within themselves, Trust me it’s the best feeling, I’m here ready and waiting to help you too. 

Why am I here… the thought of someone taking my photo made me feel sick, I would make a joke of myself and say don’t get all my chins in before someone else did. Why? Because deep down I knew I hated what looked back. I hated shopping for clothes, nothing fitted me, nothing I wanted anyway, would hide in baggy clothes which covered parts I didn’t want people to see! 

I tried several diets and lots of ways to lose weight, my sister introduced me to this amazing 1:1 diet and she went on to lose 6 stone in 6 months, she felt and looked incredible, so I thought I want that too! Shortly after starting plan, I fell pregnant and had to stop, I felt awful so overweight and unhealthy. My beautiful baby boy was born sleeping at 25 weeks, whilst it wasn’t anything to do with my weight, something had to change about my diet.

Fast forward to now... 2 beautiful little boys!! I needed to be fit and healthy for them aswel as me, I wanted more than anything to be able to keep up with their wild sides. 

So, I decided it’s my time, time to put myself first, I have lost over 6 and a half stone in 5 months and never felt better, I am so much happier and healthier than I’ve ever been, that can be you too!!
