My story:
Until my late 30's I was a fit,healthy mum of 3 gorgeous children. One of my twins has autism so life was always hectic but amazing! For 12yrs I taught children & adults martial arts/self defense.
In 2010 after an accident, my health began to decline. Left with chronic pain, fibromyalgia & lung condition, my self-esteem plummeted and my weight rocketed..then came PERIMENOPAUSE! Urghh - Why do they not prepare you for this?? In 2016, having lost both parents and my brother, grief took over. Comfort eating, I hit rock bottom!
I felt fat and totally miserable. After plucking up the courage to message my consultant, I went on to drop 4 clothes sizes in just over 3 months without exercise. WOW, I did not think it would be possible with my health and slow metabolism.
I was so grateful, I knew I wanted to help others too. Today I have a succesful team of slimmers, who I am passionate about helping. They are thriving & happy and i'm their biggest support and fan!
