I'm part of a team of amazing award winning 1:1 Consultants who are located in the North East of England and I'm happy to travel across the region to support you and can deliver your food products right to your doorstep free of charge.  I'm able to offer face to face support and 'virtual' consultations to all clients depending upon your preference.  

 I have battled with my own weight for most of my life and during the course of my own weight loss journey, I discovered the 1:1 diet.  My only regret is that I didn't find it sooner!!  I was absolutely blown away by the amazing results that could be achieved and couldn't wait to shout from the rooftops how this plan can help anyone who struggles with their weight.

I have many years of experience directly advising  people on how to choose healthier lifestyles, so becoming a 1:1 Consultant seemed like a natural progression for me.  I absoutely love helping other people to achieve their dreams; it's the most satisfying job of all!

I offer free maintenance appointments for as long as you need them.
